In active practice since 1986, Manjula is a versatile lawyer, actively associated with work relating to IPR, including audit filing of registration applications fr trademarks, designs, copyrights etc. She has successfully contested litigation pertaining to infringement passing off and piracy. She has in depth knowledge of Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act (POSH) and has conducted multiple webinars over the subject. She is also a part of Internal Committees for many organizations.
